My stay in Yew Lian Hotel was EXCELLENT! I found my second HOME

My overall stay was excellent. Both Reddy and Rahul were both accommodating and friendly. It was not hard to go around singapore because the place is near Aljunied MRT station. Our room is nice and clean. AC is really good, we had a sound asleep. I will definitely come back! See you soon Yew Lian Hotel !!!

If i could only stay a lil longer, 7 days is not enough..i dont want to leave SG yet but my vacation is only for a week. I will surely come back! This time it will be a looong vacation!

Accessible! Near the MRT Aljunied Stn. Lot of food outlets along Geylang Rd. We enjoyed our stay. Rahul was accommodating!

Toilet in RM301 need extra cleaning and TV isn’t working during our stay at the property

Great location.. Quiter than hustle of Little India, but good value for the money. Will stay again

Location... Really great..quiter than the hustle of Little India. Close to 100 restaurants nearby.. Shops, Mosques, departmental stores and Buses. Good Indian/Bangladeshi restaurants available nearby. 15 mins walk if needed MRT. Rooms were good enough, cold AC and kept clean. Staffs were really helpful and friendly. Travel tips from one of them saved some bucks. Bus 21 and 67 takes to Mustafa centre in just 15 mins. Overall really liked the location of geylang. Definitely going to recommend to friends and stay here again.

Can't really find anything to say. Don't expect 5 start hotel experience but good enough for the money paid. Just letting u know No lifts here, so anyone with knee/physical condition might have problems climbing stairs.

Convinient Location

This property is located at a convenient location, local foods for dinning are everywhere, shops and grocery stores are around as well. Al Juneid MTR station is 10 minutes walk. Bus station is also by walk, public transportation is not an issue. However, from the airport, you will pay around 23 SG Dollars using taxi. The hotel is at the second floor, no lift. Rooms size are just fine based on the price. Staff are all Indians who are trying their best to respond to customer concerns.

Television did not work, we asked for remote control but the receptionist said not working. No room service cleaning for our 3 nights stay. Deluxe room is without seating area, ironing rack, and closet as claimed in booking.com reservation. There is an open hole at the bathroom ceiling with leaking water drops from other washroom.

The room is large. The price is still worth living. There are many snacks nearby.

There are too few hangers in the room and a little bit on TV. The bed is too soft, and the rest is good

The filthiest hotel you can imagine, made reality.

A few minutes away from MRT station. Decent sized room with window. The guy at reception was OK.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been too (and I travel a lot). Rundown, dirty walls, filth everywhere, especially the bathroom. I believe the mirror had never been wiped since installed. I slept in my clothes and did not touch anything, did not sit on the toilet. It was just disgusting. Also, it’s on a noisy street. The cheapest private room you can get in Singapore probably, but still, the cleanliness was just below human standards.

Value for money hotel,helpful staff,good location.

Excellent wifi,centrally placed in city,easy transportation.Very helpful staff,especially Mr.Reddy,the hotel manager was very helpful. Good eateries too at a walking distance from the hotel.

Unless you are a person who can rough it, pick something else

The checkin was from 12, unlike other hotels from 2pm. The staff member was very helpful, otherwise I would have walked out.

1.Entrance walls are dirty. 2.Reception is upstairs, no lift, so have to drag suitcases up. 3. Cash only 4. Towels are ripped and old 5. Bathroom is dirty 6. No shower space, so you are washing in toilet space 7. Plumbing questionable and part of roof missing above shower

Close to MRT and airport.

Close to MRT and airport. Private bathroom.

There was lots of rubbish under the bed. Not cleaned well. Only 1 battery in TV remote, so not working at all. Blanket tiny for 2 people. They put the A/C onto a cold mode and didn't give the remote. Borrowed the remote from the reception to adjust, didn't help much, still freezing. No place to put clothes.

Auch wenn Singapur für hohe Preise bekannt ist für irgendwelche Absteigen, so muss ich nach meinem 4. Besuch in SG das schlechteste, dreckigste Zimmer hier bewerten. Ich glaube das Bett war frisch überzogen und die Handtücher waren frisch... das war es aber auch... Staub, dreckig, schwarze lange Haare ( ich blond) und Schimmel im Bad

Alles Zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit.wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs und sind immer spät abends gekommen. Von daher haben wir das Zimmer nur zum schlafen genutzt .es ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel aber preisgünstig und sehr mezze und freundliche Angestellte.

La localización.

La localización. Estaba muy cerca de la estación de metro que permite llegar a varios puntos de la ciudad. En la misma calle hay muchos restaurantes (Chinos principalmente) a buen precio y de varios estilos, también muchos supermercados. Muy buena zona. La ducha tiene la presión ideal y después de pasar el calor que pasamos, era un alivio tomar una buena ducha.

La habitación es bastante peor de lo que parece en las fotos. El techo del baño está levantado, por lo que se ven todas las tuberías (según veo en comentarios anteriores, lleva así bastantes meses) y suciedad del techo. Sinceramente no se porque en booking.com está como hotel y encima tiene dos estrellas. Es como una pensión, para dormir y poco más, los que sean muy escrupulosos lo pasarán muy mal. La próxima vez que vaya a Singapur prefiero pagar un poco más pero quedarme en un sitio más acogedor.
